Control Center
The control center is
one of the main and vital sections of the Special Communications Authority,
where the center, through the technical and engineering staff present 24 hours
a day, receives any malfunctions on the authority’s network, whether through
phone calls from users or through warnings that appear on the management
systems and take action Appropriate technical action, in coordination with all
concerned divisions and departments, to resolve these faults as quickly as
possible.
The control center is
considered the main center for all sites and workshops spread throughout the
Kingdom and affiliated with the Special Communications Commission. Coordination
is carried out with these sites on a permanent and continuous basis to achieve
the highest possible degree of readiness for the network systems and devices
operating in the Special Communications Commission.
